Made to order
Every artwork is printed after you order it. Production takes [2–5] business days before dispatch. You will receive an email with tracking when your order ships.

Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and the European Union. If checkout does not offer shipping to your address, we are unable to ship there at present.

Printed close to you
Orders are produced by our print partners in the region nearest to you the United States, the United Kingdom or the European Union and shipped domestically wherever possible. This keeps delivery times short and reduces the chance of customs charges.

Estimated delivery after dispatch
United States: 3–8 business days
United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
European Union: 5–12 business days
Canada: 5–12 business days

Estimates are not guaranteed. Delays can occur during peak seasons, customs processing or carrier disruptions.

Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and product format. Rolled posters, stretched canvas and framed canvas ship separately and may arrive in different parcels.

Customs, duties and taxes
Where an order is printed outside your country, import duties or taxes may apply. These are charged by your local authority, are the buyer's responsibility, and are not refundable.

Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address carefully. Orders returned to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address are refunded for the product price only.

Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking shows no movement for [10] business days past the estimated delivery window, contact us at info@wichitra.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will replace or refund the order.
