These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.wichitra.com (the "Site") and any purchase made through it. The Site is operated by 7Wichitra, a sole proprietorship of Bhupendra Vilas Borole, Nashik, Maharashtra, India, GSTIN 27CKVPB0273P1ZK ("WichitraCo", "we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

  1. Eligibility
    You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method.
  2. Products
    All artworks are printed to order. Product images are for illustration; colours may vary slightly between screens and printed output, and between print batches. Dimensions are approximate. Minor variation is not a defect.
  3. Orders and acceptance
    An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, including where a product is unavailable, a price or listing contains an error, or we suspect fraud. Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation. If we cancel an accepted order, you will receive a full refund.
  4. Prices and payment
    Prices are shown in the currency you select and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider, Razorpay. We may correct pricing errors before dispatch; if the correct price is higher, we will contact you before proceeding.
  5. Shipping and delivery
    Shipping terms, production times and delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provided. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
  6. Customs, duties and taxes
    International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees or taxes charged by the destination country. These are your responsibility and are not included in the price or refundable.
  7. Returns, replacements and refunds
    Our Returns, Replacements & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms. Because every item is made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted for change of mind or wrong selection. Damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect items are replaced or refunded as set out in that policy.
  8. Intellectual property
    All artwork, designs, images, text and content on the Site are owned by or licensed to WichitraCo and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Purchase of a printed product grants you ownership of the physical item only; it does not transfer any rights in the underlying artwork. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell as prints, or create derivative works from our designs.
  9. Acceptable use
    You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, to attempt unauthorised access, or to place fraudulent orders.
  10. Accounts
    If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
  11. Third-party services
    The Site uses third-party services including Shopify (platform), Razorpay (payments) and Printify (production and fulfilment). Their services are subject to their own terms. Links to external sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
  12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
    The Site and products are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WichitraCo is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law in your country that cannot be excluded.
  13. Governing law and disputes
    These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Nashik, Maharashtra have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence. We will try to resolve any dispute directly first — contact us before taking other steps.
  14. Changes
    We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
